We can't post an image of the titled result of today's impromptu swim at Scott's Point at Margate whilst waiting for the Brisbane to Gladstone boat race to start... but we can show how it happened...
Step One: Start carefully jumping small waves whilst holding Aunty Jo's hand, being careful not to get your skirt wet.
Step Three: Jump and splash until your skirt is wet and Mummy insistson taking it off to dry on the rocks.
Step Four: Splash, jump, giggle, chase Uncle David, wade in deep until your undies and the bottom of your T-shirt are soaked. By this time, Mummy will be ready to give up on trying to keep you dry.
Step five: 'Accidentally' fall over into the water several times until it just makes sense to have a proper swim... after all, how is it possible to get ANY wetter? Once you get out of the water, show everyone all the gritty sand that's now
in your undies, and let Mummy take a photo.

Follow these steps carefully, and you'll have a fantastic time
waiting for the boats to sail past.
(Which they eventually did!)
