Well, time has sure flown. This gorgeous, handsome little babe has grown through ten big years to be the lad he is today. Love him SO much!
He's waited a long time for this DS. We've always told him he had to wait until he turned 10 to have one, which meant there were no dramas deciding what the 10th birthday gift would be!
The request for his birthday lunch included roast potatoes, steak, and a chocolate-caramel cheesecake. I put my thinking-cap on and came up with my own version of the cheesecake - biscuit base layer, layer of caramel, and a top layer of choc cheesecake... Certainly delicious, but in need of some tweaking to make the caramel a little more solid... Hence it's presentation still in the tin!
